  1. Download and fill out the 2025 Participant Registration Form. (Coming soon!)

  2. Email a scanned copy to info@camplibertyvets.org.

  3. Applicant will be contacted by our Program Director to discuss any outstanding requirements, obtain proof of service and any other information.
